My RV fridge started tripping the GFCI breaker. Electric heating elements were the culprit. I ordered these replacements which look identical to the ones on the fridge. but the metal “sleeves” they slide into were very corroded. Even treating them for days with penetrating fluid, I could not get the old ones to budge. I’m looking at replacing the entire cooling unit (much more expensive). I recommend checking the condition of your system to make sure the elements will slide/move before ordering new ones.

Bought 2 of these AC heating elements for my Norcold 1200LRIM. One of my AC heating elements did not ohm out or have any AC current flowing through it. Come to find out it had broken into 2 pieces when I removed it. Replaced both AC heating elements, checked the main board and AC heating elements along with the LP transfer relay and all is working well.
