Description
Spectre’s plenum kits are designed to move the air filters away from the top of the engine where under-hood hot air tends to collect. These air intake systems are easy to install and include all of the hardware, hoses and hose clamps needed for installation. Designed to work on V6 & V8 cars/pickups with a carburetor or throttle body injection, this low profile plenum provides added hood clearance for applications with limited space. Please note this plenum kit does not include an air filter or an air cleaner nut.

Product arrived quickly and was well packaged. I expected a lightweight piece of sheet metal but was very surprised at how solid and well built it is. I installed it on my 65 Mustang and it works great.

Nice enough piece, but the intake thermostat housing interferes with the air tube. Not compatible with Pontiac V-8 engines that have the thermostat housing that rises up from the intake manifold.
