I have a 27-year old Broan exhaust fan located near the eave of my roof. There is no room to reach it from the attic, so when it went out I was stuck with replacing the entire unit.I found a motor for it but the fan was warped and would have destroyed the shaft bearing if I had installed.This squirrel cage fan fit perfectly.

There are three basic fan designs:. Squirrel cage, propeller, and vertical.Of the three, the squirrel cage is the best for exhaust air flow.It’s cheaper to replace just the fan blade than the entire fan motor assembly.You can replace that propeller blade and discovered better air quality after your next 15 minute shower.

This product work just as they stated it would and got my exhaust fan working like new! With a cost of new exhaust fans and the poor quality of newer products I was happy that I could repair my old fan instead of replacing it! Good quality and easy to install
